orks a third person has been arrested in connection with a kidnapping of a san jose handy man. police arrested richard rodriguez junior. detectives believe is he involved in abducting a handy man from a home in morgan hill, the handy man threatened beaten and forced to do work several hours, driven around town and managed to escape when the suspect stopped for snacks in a gas station. two other people have already been arrested and charged in the crime. >> san francisco officials continue to make a big push for pedestrian safety.
